We aim to keep images, specifications and prices accurate and current. Even so, human and technical errors happen, and details can change before the website is updated.

No published description, image or detail creates a separate warranty unless it is expressly stated in the sale contract or an official document.
4. Prices and Currencies
Prices may be shown in UAE dirhams or US dollars depending on the vehicle, with the currency displayed beside the price. Confirm both the currency and the final amount with sales before purchase.
Where payment is made in a currency other than the one displayed, the final amount may change according to the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction.

Registration and ownership transfer fees · insurance · inspection · bank finance fees · government and administrative charges · additional products and services — unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Vehicle Availability
Inventory changes constantly. A vehicle may be reserved, under sale or already sold before the website is updated.
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or hold its price. A vehicle is reserved only once the approved reservation process is complete. We may update or remove a listing when its status changes.
6. New and Pre-Owned Vehicles
New vehicle specifications vary by trim, production year, source and selected equipment. The condition of a pre-owned vehicle varies by age, mileage, previous use and service history.
Inspect the vehicle, review its documents and arrange an appropriate inspection before you buy.
No warranty or commitment about a vehicle's condition applies unless it is clearly written in the sale contract or an approved document.
7. Finance Calculator
The calculator returns a figure based on what you enter: vehicle price, down payment and finance term.

10. Inspection
Inspecting the vehicle and confirming its condition and specification before purchase is your responsibility.
An independent inspection can be arranged where available and agreed with sales. You bear its cost unless agreed otherwise in writing.
No inspection that could damage the vehicle or requires dismantling parts may be carried out without prior approval.
11. Third-Party Services
We may coordinate with independent providers for: bank finance · insurance · vehicle inspection · registration and ownership transfer.
These services remain subject to those providers' own terms, pricing and decisions. We do not control their approval or how long they take.
12. Communications and WhatsApp
By sending an enquiry or contact request, you agree that our team may contact you about the vehicle, purchase options or finance.
Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
Do not send identity documents, banking details or sensitive information except through an official channel and after an authorised member of our team has requested it.
